Roles Overview

GenC (Entry Level Role)

• Develop, maintain, debug, and deploy code based on requirements.
• Understand Agile and SDLC principles.
• Create design documents and test scenarios.
• Continuously upskill and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills needed.

GenC Next (Advanced Programming Role)

• Strong coding and full-stack development skills.
• Must have certifications in:
  • Java, C#, Python, Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • SQL/PLSQL, Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Spring Boot, Maven, Advanced Python, ASP.NET Core

GenC Pro (Platform Specialist Role)

• Expertise in specific enterprise platforms:
  • Cybersecurity, Oracle, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Pega, SAP (ABAP, Basis), ServiceNow
• Must have industry-accredited certificates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Degrees accepted: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (Except streams like Leather Tech, Food Tech, Fashion Tech).
• Academic performance: Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (No rounding off).
• No standing arrears at the time of joining.
• Open to Indian nationals/OCI residing in India.
• Must be flexible to work from any Cognizant office and in any shift.
