CommerceIQ is hiring DevOps Engineer (Remote, India)

CommerceIQ is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help power its AI-driven digital commerce platform. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure to support global brands in optimizing their ecommerce operations. This position requires strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring systems.

• Implement and manage DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure provisioning
• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and other cloud platforms
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate infrastructure with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines
• Develop and maintain monitoring/logging systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, New Relic, or SignalFx
• Ensure security best practices including IAM, access control, and infrastructure hardening
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement scalable solutions
• Collaborate across teams using tools like Slack, JIRA, and Confluence

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar engineering role
• Proficient in Python, Kubernetes, and AWS or GCP
• Hands-on with Terraform or Terragrunt for infrastructure automation
• Solid experience working on Linux-based environments
• Strong understanding of Ruby, Python, and Java
• Expertise in CI/CD with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines
• Experience with log and metrics collection using tools like EFK, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or SignalFx
• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle operations, deployment, and security for SaaS or B2C products
• Excellent communication skills and a quick learner of new technologies
