This role focuses on automation, system deployment, server management, and working with enterprise-level on-premise environments. Ideal for candidates passionate about DevOps, IT infrastructure, and system operations

This entry-level role is designed for individuals who want to build strong foundational skills in automation, infrastructure management, CI/CD pipelines, server administration, and deployment workflows. You will collaborate closely with system administrators and development teams to support smooth integration between software and infrastructure within on-premises environments.

• Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining servers, storage, and network infrastructure within on-premise data centers.
• Support and automate build, deployment, and release processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Ansible.
• Monitor and maintain Linux and Windows servers, ensuring reliability and optimal performance.
• Manage Git version control, including branching, merging, and release processes.
• Develop automation scripts using Shell, Bash, Python, or Ansible.
• Collaborate with developers to deploy applications across test, staging, and production environments.
• Assist in system monitoring, log management, and performance optimization using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or ELK Stack.
• Participate in backup, recovery, and security management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and basic Windows administration.
• Knowledge of network basics including IP addressing, DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of scripting (Shell, Bash, Python).
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and documentation skills.
• Interest in automation and improving system efficiency.

Good to Have

• Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
• Understanding of configuration management and provisioning tools.
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.
• Awareness of security hardening and patch management practices.
