DappLooker is hiring Fresher DevOps Engineer (Remote)

DappLooker is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help scale and maintain our blockchain analytics infrastructure. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies to manage cloud and bare-metal environments, optimize deployment pipelines, and support reliable and secure Web3 systems. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of decentralized infrastructure and cloud DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Manage validator and blockchain nodes.
• Build automation systems to streamline service delivery.
• Participate in designing, testing, and automating development infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and middleware layers, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve system performance and reliability through automation.
• Contribute to backend development and API design.
• Support scalability for large-scale software systems.
• Mentor team members and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in backend, DevOps, Web3, or tech startups.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience with both bare-metal infrastructure (Hetzner) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EKS, ECR, Route53, RDS).
• CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, Datadog, New Relic).
• Strong problem-solving and automation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

• Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
