This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking hands-on exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices. Under guidance and mentorship, you will support cloud and DevOps teams in daily operations, assisting with configuration, monitoring, documentation, and foundational DevOps tasks.

• Assist in setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure/AWS resources.
• Support basic user access requests (create, modify, or delete users in cloud portals).
• Shadow and document troubleshooting activities for simple cloud issues.
• Participate in cloud-based deployment processes and team meetings.
• Maintain documentation such as installation guides, runbooks, and FAQs.
• Follow checklists for daily health checks of cloud services (monitor dashboards, review alerts, run simple scripts).
• Learn and practice DevOps basics: running sample CI/CD pipelines, version control, observing automation jobs.
• Attend training sessions and actively seek guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Report problems or unusual findings promptly.

Required Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts: servers, storage, networking.
• Interest in public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and willingness to explore cloud consoles.
• Enthusiasm for technology and following standard operating procedures.
• Good written and spoken English for documentation and collaboration.
