DevOps Engineer

• Operating Systems & Server Management

  • Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat, etc.) and Windows.
  • Experience with web services like Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PHP, Java, and Elasticsearch.
  • Full installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of these services.

• Database Administration

  • Hands-on experience with MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL.
  • Managing users, privileges, and database structures.

• Web & Cloud Services Configuration

  • Set up high-availability and multi-node server architectures.
  • Load balancing, scaling, and failover management.

• Cloud Technologies

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
  • Knowledge of core cloud services like:
    • EC2, S3, VPC, Route53, EBS, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Load Balancer, Auto Scaling, WAF.

• Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  • Proficiency in Shell/Bash scripting, YAML, JSON, GoLang.
  • Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Docker Compose, Jenkins.

• Version Control & CI/CD

  • Strong knowledge of GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket.
  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Server Maintenance & Backup

  • Maintaining server health, performance monitoring, and security.
  • Implementing backup strategies (cron jobs, automated scripts).
  • Experience in server migration and recovery in case of failures.

• Bonus Skills

  • Magento / Adobe Commerce knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
