JIITAK is looking for a DevOps Engineer Intern to join our innovative and sustainability-driven team in Kochi, India.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud computing, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation while contributing to real-world projects that promote sustainable technology practices.
The internship runs for six months, with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
Requirements
- Understand project requirements and define KPIs for DevOps processes.
- Implement and manage development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with developers to maintain a continuous delivery pipeline using AWS.
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Implement and maintain containerization tools such as Docker.
- Utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and efficient resource management.
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and deployment workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, Docker, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt in a dynamic environment.
