About the DevOps Internship to Employment Program

This Internship to Employment Program is designed for fresh graduates and non-IT to IT career switchers who want to build a strong foundation in DevOps, Cloud Computing, CI/CD, Automation, and Infrastructure Engineering.

Participants will work on live client projects under the guidance of senior DevOps engineers. High-performing candidates will be offered full-time DevOps Engineer roles based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Manage Docker containers and deploy applications on Kubernetes
• Automate infrastructure and deployment tasks
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and environment issues
• Maintain Git repositories and follow version control best practices
• Work on live production projects under senior engineer mentorship

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Linux fundamentals and basic networking
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts
• Strong interest in DevOps, Cloud, and IT Automation
• Basic scripting knowledge (Shell or Python)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Willingness to learn Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation Years: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025
• Freshers, non-IT to IT career switchers, and career restart candidates
• Educational Background: B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, MBA, or any degree
