This DevOps Engineer role focuses on designing, scaling, and maintaining robust infrastructure and deployment pipelines while collaborating with elite engineering teams across the globe.

Requirements

  • Design, implement, and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines
  • Integrate modern tools and automation techniques to ensure fast, reliable deployments

Cloud Infrastructure Design and Management

  • Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS
  • Optimize infrastructure for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency

Kubernetes and Container Orchestration

  • Deploy, manage, and secure complex Kubernetes environments
  • Ensure optimal configuration, availability, and operational best practices

Monitoring, Observability, and Incident Response

  • Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
  • Lead incident response processes and post-incident improvements

Security, Compliance, and Best Practices

  • Enforce security standards and compliance requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and continuous infrastructure improvements

Infrastructure as Code and Automation

  • Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning to ensure consistency and reproducibility

Required Skills and Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of experience working in DevOps or related roles
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms, particularly AWS
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Solid understanding of clean code principles and scalable architecture patterns
  • Strong foundation in IT infrastructure and systems administration
  • Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration

Preferred and Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security practices and policy enforcement
  • Availability for on-call rotations
