Requirements
We’re seeking DevOps Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience with scalable infrastructure, automation, and cloud operations. As a DevOps Intern at Branch International, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and enhance system reliability for our rapidly growing fintech platform.
This is a 4–6 month internship with the potential for a full-time offer based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for application and data services
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes to automate containerized deployments
- Support Infrastructure-as-Code implementations using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Manage and monitor cloud operations on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Implement observability tools like DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and performance issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers and data teams to streamline delivery and deployment
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (OS, Networking, Scripting)
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
- Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of Containerization and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Bonus: Experience with Monitoring/Alerting tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
