Education

• 10th Standard: 60% or above
• 12th Standard: 60% or above
• Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 6.0 or above as applicable by the university guidelines
• Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only

Other Criteria

• One Backlog allowed at the time of the Online Assessment.
• Candidates must clear backlogs along with the 8th semester.
• Maximum 3 years of GAP allowed in education (between 10th to commencement of graduation).
• No Gaps allowed during Graduation period. Graduation must be completed within 4 years.
• Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
• Candidates must complete a 3-month cool-off period from the previous assessment.
• Indian Citizenship or valid PIO/OCI card required.
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals must submit citizenship certificates.
• Candidates must be 18+ at the time of registration.

Designation

• Project Engineer

Compensation

• Elite Package: INR 3.50 lacs per annum
• Flat Bonus: INR 25K post 6 months from joining (merged with compensation after 12 months).
• Regular yearly increments.
• Merge Bonuses on 18th, 24th, and 36th months from DOJ.

Service Agreement

• Applicable for 12 months post joining @ INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis.

Selection Process

1. 1st Round:

   • Online Assessment (128 minutes):
     • Aptitude Test (48 mins): Logical, Quantitative, and English (Verbal) Ability.
     • Written Communication Test (20 mins): Essay writing.
     • Online Programming Test (60 mins): Two coding programs (Java, C, C++, or Python).

2. 2nd Round:

   • Voice Assessment

   • Business Discussion

• Wipro reserves the right to permit/limit participation in the hiring process.
• Candidates must clear an English communication assessment post-online assessment.
• Business discussion cleared candidates receive a Letter of Intent (LOI).
• LOI-accepted candidates undergo pre-skilling training.
• Final offer letters are issued only after pre-skilling clearance.

• Wipro may revoke offers if candidates fail to meet prerequisites or engage in illegal activities (e.g., impersonation, fraud).
