Envoy Global Hiring DevOps Engineer in Hyderabad - Azure CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, 24x7 Operations

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will manage and enhance our Azure-based CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available applications. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, and Infosec teams, lead DevOps initiatives, support 24x7 operations, and serve as an escalation point for critical incidents.

• Manage operational aspects of the Azure CI/CD pipeline including source control, build systems, infrastructure, networking, deployments, and permissions management
• Collaborate with Development, Data, Project Management, and Infosec teams to ensure management, operability, and security of applications hosted in Azure
• Participate in architecture, requirements, and planning sessions with project owners and stakeholders
• Design and deliver DevOps projects that ensure infrastructure is 24x7 operational and cost-effective
• Train and mentor DevOps engineers to meet growing organizational requirements
• Participate in planning sessions and daily stand-ups with multi-region DevOps staff
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are tested and updated annually
• Serve as an escalation point to help prioritize and resolve complex or urgent issues and incidents
• Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for services and maintenance of software and systems
• Ensure 24x7 availability and 99.999% uptime for Envoy Global applications
• Champion Change and Release management practices

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of DevOps experience with a focus on builds and deployments, preferably in an Azure environment
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field

Technical Skills:

• Expert, hands-on experience in application builds, deployments, and troubleshooting, specifically with .NET and SQL Server frameworks (msbuild, dotnet, ssdt, dacpac)
• Proficiency with source control and CI/CD tools: Git, Azure DevOps, MSBuild, Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Harness
• Strong experience with Azure platform services: Azure SQL, Service Bus, Key Vault, Blob Storage
• Familiarity with AI technologies: Claude, OpenAI, MS Foundry, LLM
• Experience with Kubernetes clusters (Azure AKS preferred)
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, ARM/Bicep
• Experience with Content Delivery/WAF providers: Cloudflare, Akamai, Microsoft
• Experience with monitoring tool sets: DataDog, Splunk, ELK

Desired Certifications:

• MCSE, ITIL, NIST
• Azure Infrastructure/Architect (AZ-304, AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-700)
