About the Role

WCT is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join as Associate Software Developers. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, contribute to software development, and grow in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain applications using C# or Python with Azure DevOps knowledge.
  • Work on backend development, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Assist in deployment and automation processes using Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
  • Learn and apply best practices in software development, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (C# or Python).
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and experience with .NET Framework or Python.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and deployment automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and web development concepts.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
