Fresher Associate System Engineer

Job Description

As an Associate System Engineer, you will work closely with experts across industries to drive digital transformation through hybrid cloud and AI technologies. This role is part of IBM's Consulting Client Innovation Centers, where professionals collaborate to develop innovative solutions for public and private sector clients worldwide.
Requirements
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and support.
- Develop software solutions that support clients' hybrid cloud and AI journeys.
- Analyze existing system failures, suggest improvements, and implement changes.
- Work with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot applications.
- Optimize performance and ensure applications are responsive and maintainable.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Degree: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/Dual Degree/MSc/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related semi-IT/circuit branches.
- CGPA Requirement: Minimum 6.0 CGPA / 60% aggregate (all subjects included).
- Graduation Year: Must be from the 2024 batch.
Technical & Professional Skills Required
- Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (written & spoken).
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with cloud computing and AI technologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies.
