Requirements

  • Develop production-grade code in Python, Rust, Go, C/C++, or JavaScript
  • Contribute to open source tools and frameworks used worldwide
  • Work remotely with global teams and collaborate with open source communities
  • Participate in biannual company sprints held in unique international locations
  • Solve deep engineering problems related to OS, performance, cloud, containers, and more
  • Learn from the ground up: firmware, bootloaders, compilers, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Focus on quality, security, user experience, and enterprise readiness
  • Engage in daily agile workflows, pair programming, and issue tracking

You Should Have:

  • Exceptional academic track record (high school and university)
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
  • Hands-on coding in Python, Rust, C/C++, Golang, JavaScript, or Java
  • Prior experience or curiosity about Linux (especially Ubuntu)
  • Personal projects or GitHub contributions
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for company events

Nice to Have:

  • Contributions to open source or Linux distributions
  • Involvement in tech clubs or engineering leadership activities
  • Passion for DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system security
  • Packaging experience with Debian, Arch, Fedora, or Nix
