Fresher Hiring Associate DevOps Engineer – AMINA Bank

AMINA India operates as a fully owned subsidiary, supporting digital assets research, trading, liquidity management, investment solutions, risk management, mid/back-office operations, IT operations, and expanding technology and product development functions.

AMINA looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer to join our Technology Team and help build cloud-native, secure, and scalable infrastructure for the evolving crypto financial ecosystem.

• Engineer and maintain AMINA’s Azure-based cloud-native infrastructure.
• Manage and configure Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes manifests using Kustomize and Helm.
• Automate infrastructure setup for networks, storage, and compute using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Ensure compliance with security baselines, vulnerability management, and patching.
• Enhance monitoring systems across application and infrastructure components.
• Automate operational processes including incident response, security scanning, and alerting.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure and applications.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for team members.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux OS, infrastructure, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, configuration management, and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Kustomize).
• Solid experience with Azure Cloud, especially Azure Kubernetes Services.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions such as the ELK stack.
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, or similar.
• Understanding of security infrastructure such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and system hardening.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and dynamic approach.
• Technology-agnostic mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
• Experience in vulnerability and patch management.
• Familiarity with CloudFlare services (DNS management, tunneling, mTLS).
