Graduate Engineer - Network Co-Ordinator

This role is part of Computacenter’s growing Network Team, where you will work with cutting-edge networking technologies from Cisco, HP, Aruba, and more. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

What You’ll Do

• Remote Network Management: Perform a range of technical support activities to meet business and customer needs.
• Network Monitoring: Use industry-leading tools like SolarWinds to monitor and manage network health.
• Customer Support: Resolve tickets efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Incident Handling: Communicate with customers about ongoing issues to prevent escalations.
• Service Level Management: Ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.
• Compliance & Documentation: Follow IT policies and maintain proper records.
• Skill Development: Stay updated with industry standards and best practices.

What You’ll Need

• No prior experience required—just a strong interest in networking and IT.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, etc.).
• A willingness to learn and grow in network support.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow processes and troubleshoot network issues with guidance.
• Familiarity with ticket management systems is a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
