Graduate Engineer Trainee – Rockwell Automation

• Successfully complete the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program and meet RA Engineer requirements.
• Design, define, and implement complex system requirements for customers.
• Analyze and improve existing systems for optimal performance.
• Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and ensure hardware/software compatibility.
• Coordinate subsystem design and total system integration.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve program deficiencies.
• Develop and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Full-time bachelor’s degree in Core Engineering branches.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing business needs.

Work Policy

• Employees are expected to work from a Rockwell location at least on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, unless there are business obligations outside the office.
