Job Description
Hyland is hiring a skilled DevOps Engineer to work remotely from India. The role focuses on automating infrastructure, building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud platforms, and ensuring system scalability and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the delivery of high-performance, cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related role
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Programming experience with OOP languages and TDD
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
- Strong in Docker and Kubernetes
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP – EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
- Git-based workflows (GitHub/GitLab)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Forward-thinking and updated on emerging trends
- Preferred Certifications:
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- AWS Solutions Architect
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Kubernetes CKA/CKAD
- Open source contributions a plus
