• Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure.
• Plan and execute your share of the infrastructure roadmap.
• Strengthen security practices across infrastructure.
• Drive infosec and compliance programs (ISO, SOC2, etc.).
• Improve operational efficiency of infrastructure systems.
• Scale distributed technologies with robust designs.
• Research and implement cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Enhance platform reliability with CI/CD, logging, monitoring, observability.
• Automate provisioning of infrastructure with modern tools.
• Design and test BCP (Business Continuity) and DR (Disaster Recovery) practices.
• Monitor and optimize critical infrastructure metrics.
• Track and improve performance and availability SLAs.

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience managing large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on expertise with Shell scripting, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Go.
• Proven experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• CI/CD and deployment automation using Jenkins, Maven, GitLab.
• Monitoring with Prometheus, DataDog, Sentry, OpenTelemetry.
• Knowledge of databases and distributed technologies (Kafka, Elasticsearch).
• Experience with JVMs, web servers (Nginx), and proxies (HAProxy).
• Good understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to prioritize and define roadmaps.
