As a DevOps Engineer / SRE, you will play a critical role in optimizing and managing the cloud infrastructure that powers a real-world AI platform. You'll work on exciting, high-stakes projects with top-tier startups and founders, making a direct impact on the growth of the company and its tech ecosystem.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Build and optimize scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS).
• CI/CD Pipelines: Set up and manage seamless deployment pipelines for backend services, AI services, and mobile.
• Containerization: Containerize backend services (FastAPI, Rails) and optimize for performance and scalability.
• Monitoring & Logging: Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging to catch issues proactively.
• Database Optimization: Optimize Postgres, Redis database performance, manage backups, and scale as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend, AI, and product teams to ensure smooth, rapid deployment of new features.
• Automation: Champion infra-as-code and automation across the platform.

You’ll Be Great at This If You:

• Have 2–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Are proficient with AWS services (EC2, RDS, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudWatch).
• Can write clean, reusable Terraform or CloudFormation code for infrastructure management.
• Have experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines and optimizing build/release workflows.
• Are comfortable with Docker, Linux servers, and basic networking (VPCs, security groups).
• Understand application and database scaling (horizontal/vertical).

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience supporting AI/ML pipelines in production, including fine-tuning infrastructure and managing vector databases.
• Know cost optimization tricks for cloud infrastructure (e.g., spot instances, autoscaling groups).
• Are excited to eventually build and lead a small infra team.
