Hiring: DevOps Support Engineer – Copado (Remote/India)
Job Description

As a DevOps Support Engineer, you'll help 1000+ global clients—including Coca-Cola, eBay, and Volkswagen—resolve technical issues, enhance DevOps processes, and improve platform reliability. Requirements
- Manage and resolve customer cases with accuracy and urgency
- Troubleshoot Copado platform issues, DevOps pipelines, and integrations
- Provide expert-level technical support on APIs, Git, CLI, and Salesforce DevOps
- Document fixes, write knowledge base articles, and improve support workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate and resolve technical bugs
- Deliver product training and mentor users in best practices
- Identify up-sell opportunities and explain Copado capabilities to clients
- Work with remote, global teams and flexible hours as needed
Requirements
- 1–5 years in Salesforce, DevOps, or Technical Support roles
- Strong knowledge of Git, APIs, error logs, XML, and version control strategies
- Understanding of SaaS environments, branching models, and Salesforce pipelines
- Copado Admin/Developer Certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and customer-handling skills
- Able to work nights/weekends as needed
