• Track tasks and maintain documentation in project management systems
• Support cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible)
• Assist in AWS and Azure environment maintenance
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and troubleshoot issues
• Perform OS patching, updates, and disaster recovery testing
• Implement cloud security best practices
• Support CI/CD deployments and automation workflows
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with development and operations teams
• Participate in on-call rotation for operational support

Required Skills

• AWS and/or Azure cloud fundamentals
• Linux and Windows system administration
• Networking basics: DNS, subnets, VPN, firewalls, load balancers
• Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or Ansible
• Git version control
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Monitoring tools: CloudWatch, Nagios, OpenSearch, CheckMK
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and task management abilities

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience
• Certifications:
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner
  • Azure Fundamentals
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate
  • Terraform Associate
• Docker or Kubernetes exposure
• ITIL or ticketing tools like Jira / ServiceNow
• Familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT
• Fast learning ability and adaptability
