Job Description
Oracle is looking for a systems analyst to support Mill Ancillary Solutions, including IBM Websphere, Weblogic, and SAP Business Objects. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Linux/Windows environments, basic networking knowledge, and hands-on troubleshooting skills in a production setup.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Oracle Health customers through service requests
- Perform daily system tasks to verify system integrity and availability
- Support back-end and front-end tiers of Millennium Ancillary Solutions
- Manage system upgrades, software updates, and resource optimization
- Implement security measures and monitoring for systems
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to improve efficiency
- Handle change management and communicate with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Linux and Windows systems
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
