At TurnPoint, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), we are looking for a Systems Engineer to play a key role in delivering advanced technical solutions and supporting the design and implementation of systems within Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and more. In this dynamic role, you will drive the successful delivery of technical projects, from managing escalated desktop support issues to designing and implementing infrastructure solutions for clients. You will handle a variety of complex projects, collaborating closely with both internal and external teams to ensure smooth progress. Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our clients receive world-class service, while your leadership will help guide the technical team through various project phases. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage IT projects and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Windows 11+, Windows Server 2022+, Apple Operating Systems
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
- Expertise in Microsoft Defender & Sentinel, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Lighthouse & GDAP
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience managing and delivering complex technical projects and tasks
- Proficient in using ticketing systems for efficient client inquiry documentation and closure
- Ability to manage and monitor client support issues and escalations
- Experience leading engineering meetings and assisting with client onboarding
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on team mentoring and client success
- Technical certifications and continuous learning required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed
