Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Kenko's features to deliver high-quality website solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure timely website development and deployment.
• Take ownership of projects, meeting deadlines and delivering outstanding results.
• Create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for internal and external use.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on customer feedback and industry trends.
• Stay updated on the latest website development practices, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 0–6 months of internship experience in website design or development.
• Familiarity with website development platforms (experience with Duda is a strong plus).
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize new tools, products, and technologies.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and responsive design practices.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
• Problem-solving mindset to adapt and optimize processes as needed.
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and project updates.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in the US time zone.
