Job Description

The position of DevOps Engineer is focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure. The role requires expertise in automated provisioning, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, Packer, and CI/CD pipelines. This opportunity is designed for professionals who excel in cloud automation, performance optimization, and scalable infrastructure management.

Requirements

  • AWS Cloud Management: Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud environments with an emphasis on security, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Automated Provisioning: Develop and implement automated provisioning workflows using Terraform and Packer.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive IaC adoption by defining, maintaining, and optimizing deployment scripts.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain robust pipelines to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with development and operations teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring solutions, troubleshoot system issues, and enhance resource utilization.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise.
  • Hands-on experience in automated provisioning and cloud management.
  • Advanced proficiency with Terraform, Packer, and IaC principles.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch and ELK stack.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • BE/B.Tech in relevant fields.
