Miratech is looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to work with a global leader in cloud contact center software. This role involves building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that supports development and deployment of large-scale applications used by thousands of customers worldwide.

The position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Terraform and at least one public cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities of Junior DevOps Engineer

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines for hybrid-cloud solutions
• Develop automation capabilities for CI/CD and application delivery
• Troubleshoot and support production cloud platforms, including on-call rotations
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and development teams to ensure scalable and secure infrastructure

Required Qualifications for Junior DevOps Engineer Jobs Overseas

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• Strong knowledge of at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub)
• Experience with Linux-based systems and runtimes
• Development or scripting knowledge in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with Helm, Istio, or other cloud-native orchestration tools
• Knowledge of IAM, cloud networking, and security best practices
• Exposure to SRE/DevOps practices and monitoring tools
