Katonic, an Aussie Generative AI startup, is looking for a DevOps Intern to join our innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity for students or entry-level professionals passionate about cloud engineering and DevOps. As a DevOps Intern at Katonic, you’ll work alongside industry professionals in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Linux systems, networking, and scripting (Bash/Python)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Enthusiasm for DevOps, cloud technologies, and automation
- Strong willingness to learn and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Coursework or personal projects in DevOps (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in automating CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment
- Work with tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Monitor and troubleshoot system and application performance to ensure reliability
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve DevOps processes
