Linux Infrastructure Engineer (Private/Public Cloud)

You will join their Global infrastructure engineering team responsible for the public cloud infrastructure and future private cloud environment.

As part of the role, you will participate in projects to automate and optimize the growing virtual server and storage infrastructure hosting Strada’s critical services.

You will work in close collaboration with other teams to design and implement innovative infrastructure solutions.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-6 years Linux system administration experience (SLES, RedHat, Ubuntu, …)
• Public cloud solutions (preference on Azure)
• Container technology (Docker, Kubernetes, …)
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
• Ability to code and script (bash, ruby, python, …)
• Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible..)
• Virtualization experience and understanding of the concepts (VMware)
• Storage Administration experience (NetApp)
• Version control systems (Git)
• Understand basic network core concepts/protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, …)
• Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.
