Requirements
looking for a DevOps Engineer – I to collaborate closely with software engineering teams to deploy, operate, and scale production systems. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our cloud-native infrastructure.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on ownership of Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure in a high-growth AI company.
Key Responsibilities
Kubernetes & Infrastructure Management
- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters
- Configure and enforce RBAC policies and access control
- Optimize cluster performance, reliability, and scalability
CI/CD & Deployment Automation
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, or similar tools
- Automate deployment workflows to reduce lead time and improve delivery efficiency
Helm & Application Packaging
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Helm charts
- Ensure consistent versioning and deployment strategies
Service Mesh & Observability
- Implement and manage service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd
- Enable service discovery, traffic management, security, and observability
Scripting & Automation
- Write automation scripts using Python, Ruby, or Golang
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and debugging
Chaos & Resilience Engineering (Bonus)
- Apply chaos engineering principles to improve system reliability
- Simulate failures and measure system resilience in production-like environments
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
Core Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (RBAC, Helm, cluster administration)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker
- Hands-on experience with Amazon ECS and Terraform (mandatory)
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Ruby, or Golang
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Solid understanding of system design, networking, and infrastructure management
Bonus Skills
- Experience with chaos engineering tools such as Chaos Monkey, LitmusChaos, or Gremlin
