About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cloud Trainee Engineer to join our Services Delivery team in Noida. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about cloud computing and eager to build expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure operations.

As a Cloud Trainee Engineer, you will work closely with senior cloud engineers and architects to support Azure platform operations, resolve support tickets, assist with cloud deployments, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Cloud Support

• Assist in monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting Azure cloud services
• Support Azure infrastructure operations and cloud resource management
• Help maintain cloud environment stability and performance

Ticket Management & Customer Support

• Respond to and resolve support tickets related to Azure infrastructure and services
• Provide technical support and assist customers with Azure-related queries
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions

Cloud Deployment & Operations

• Support deployment and configuration of Azure Virtual Machines, storage accounts, networking services, and related resources
• Assist with cloud infrastructure provisioning and operational activities
• Work with senior engineers to support enterprise cloud projects

Learning & Collaboration

• Participate in technical training sessions focused on Azure cloud technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with cloud architects, infrastructure teams, and technical support engineers
• Continuously improve technical knowledge in cloud computing and infrastructure operations

• 0-1 years of experience or strong interest in Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Support
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts with interest in Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with IT systems, networking, or cloud platforms is preferred
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, VPN, and IP addressing
• Understanding of Azure services including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Active Directory, or Azure Networking is a plus
• Basic understanding of server management, virtualization, and IT infrastructure concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within technical and customer-facing teams
• Strong willingness to learn cloud technologies and Azure platform services
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and technical support workflows is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus
