Numerator is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps and development practices, particularly with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Git. This position will be key in supporting development and engineering teams to implement DevOps and DevSecOps practices, ensuring both secure and efficient workflows.

• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to implement DevOps and DevSecOps practices
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Utilize security tools like Snyk, SonarCloud, and GitHub Advanced Security to enforce secure development practices
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
• Monitor and optimize development workflows for efficiency and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines and workflows
• Provide mentorship and training to enhance team DevOps and DevSecOps skills
• Stay current with the latest DevOps and DevSecOps tools and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on development
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Git
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, security best practices, secure SDLC, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools like Snyk, SonarCloud, and GitHub Advanced Security
• Excellent problem-solving and independent working ability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant DevOps certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
