OneUp Networks is hiring Cloud Support Engineer Intern (Remote/India)

OneUp Networks is offering an internship opportunity for a Cloud Support Engineer Intern. This role involves working with cloud hosting technologies, Windows Server environments, Office 365, networking, and remote support for US-based clients. You will gain hands-on experience in cloud migrations, server administration, and enterprise IT support while collaborating with industry experts. Successful interns may transition into full-time roles post-program.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2019/2022), including setup, patching, and performance optimization.
• Deliver remote support to US clients for cloud services, servers, networking, and productivity tools.
• Handle cloud migrations for applications and infrastructure with minimal downtime.
• Provide advanced support for Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Configure and troubleshoot network printers across different environments.
• Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions (VPN, VLAN, firewalls, TCP/IP).
• Administer Active Directory (user/group management, GPO, DNS).
• Configure and secure RDP environments for remote access.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud support and administration (hands-on experience is a plus).
• Strong skills in Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Proficiency in Windows Server (2019/2022) and Active Directory.
• Experience in printer setup/troubleshooting and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Ability to provide effective remote support with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
