Role Overview

As an Associate DevOps Engineer, you will:

Build and maintain tooling and infrastructure for automated release, deployment, and upgrade processes.
Combine software development and IT operations to shorten the delivery lifecycle.
Improve collaboration and communication between development and operations teams.
Support Agile software development with stable, scalable operating environments.
Continuously enhance infrastructure to ensure easy deployment, monitoring, and scalability.

Primary Responsibilities

Engineer solutions across cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
Support automation of processes, deployment, and monitoring.
Act as the liaison between Dev and Ops teams, ensuring efficiency and collaboration.
Maintain strong knowledge of development processes, scripting, and automation practices.
Provide technical input to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Required Qualifications

Strong problem-solving skills with ability to use data-driven approaches.
Experience investigating non-standard requests with minimal assistance.
Knowledge in a specific DevOps area with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills to explain and share expertise.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
