Pheonix Solutions is looking for DevOps Engineers who are passionate about automation, infrastructure as code, and modern cloud operations. This opportunity is open to both freshers with a strong technical foundation and experienced professionals eager to build scalable, secure, and high-performance deployment systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitor system health using modern observability tools (Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline release workflows.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of production environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.

Requirements

For Freshers

• Strong foundation in Linux, Git, scripting (Bash, Python), and networking concepts.
• Basic familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Docker.
• Enthusiastic about learning cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

For Experienced (1–3+ years)

• Hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud operations.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Experience implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch).

Nice to Have

• Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Exposure to GitOps practices and workflow automation.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
