As a Cloud Engineering Intern, you will work closely with the Cloud and Customer Operations team supporting the deployment of cloud platforms while improving and automating operational processes to ensure sustainability and stability of all online applications.
Requirements

Support application and infrastructure in hosting solutions for customers

Discover standard cloud service offerings, install, and execute processes and standards for optimal use of cloud service provider offerings

Document all issues and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Support requests from internal engineering team related to Cloud Platform

Support maintenance of automated release, change, deployment, application support, and incident processes

Resolve incidents and issues arising in customer environments in a 24x7 environment

Knowledge of application and infrastructure support

Knowledge of any scripting language and writing automation scripts for infrastructure

Knowledge of cloud platforms and building development environments

Knowledge of any automation pipeline tool like Terraform, Jenkins, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Public Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, etc.
- Knowledge of Windows server and Linux server-based hosting solutions
Program Details:
- Must be an undergraduate student actively enrolled in university
- This is a paid, part-time 10-week program (June 30th - September 11th)
