• Provide frontline support via phone, email, chat, and the support portal
• Troubleshoot technical issues for Infor Hospitality products
• Route complex problems to appropriate internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Guide users through self-help resources and best practices
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Development teams

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, Engineering, Computer Applications, or Science
• 0–2 years of experience in tech support or hospitality domain
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Good typing skills (30–40 WPM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SQL is a plus

🎯 Preferred Qualifications:

• BHM graduates with Front Office/Property Management experience
• Background in hospitality, IT, or software support
• Familiarity with SQL and database management
