Requirements
š» Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide hardware, software, and network support to end-users.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems for optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.

- Conduct regular system checks, updates, and security compliance audits.
- Assist in developing and implementing IT policies & procedures.
- Document and track support requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies.
- Participate in IT projects & initiatives to drive business success.
š Continuous Improvement & Learning
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT support.
- Contribute to the enhancement of IT processes and systems.
Qualifications & Skills
ā Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Service Desk operations & best practices.
- Basic knowledge of networking, computer systems, and troubleshooting.
- Interest or experience in Investment Banking Operations is a plus.
