Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BSc, B.Tech – CS/IT/ECE/IS preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication and business writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel and relocate across Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities in India
- Self-driven, innovative, and able to work independently
- Passion for financial services, cyber risk, and digital transformation
- Understanding of Cyber Security standards is a plus
- No active backlogs; minimum 60% academic record
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessment and compliance audits
- Support development of risk management frameworks
- Contribute to cybersecurity strategy and IT governance initiatives
- Work with data to generate insights for risk mitigation
- Collaborate on client solutions in financial and technological domains
- Stay updated with financial regulations and cybersecurity trends
- Prepare detailed reports and assist in client presentations
- Engage in thought leadership and contribute to business development
