Razorpay Hiring Associate Technical Consultant (Fresher) – Bangalore

Founded in 2014 by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur, Razorpay is reimagining digital banking and payment solutions for businesses across India. With a full-stack financial services platform, Razorpay processes billions in payments and offers innovative solutions through Razorpay Payments, Razorpay X, and Razorpay Capital.

As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will work directly with developers, clients, and internal teams to resolve technical issues post-integration. You'll act as a key point of contact for merchants, providing technical expertise and best practices to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Address technical queries related to Razorpay's APIs, plugins, and product suite
• Communicate with merchants and internal departments, including CXOs and development teams
• Troubleshoot and debug Level 2/3 issues, escalating via Jira as needed
• Log and manage queries using FreshDesk
• Act as a subject matter expert on Razorpay products and guide their implementation
• Capture and document issues to ensure quick resolutions
• Travel to client sites if required to handle complex integration challenges

Mandatory Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of at least one frontend technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Flutter, React Native)
• Knowledge of at least one backend language (Java, C++, Python, Go)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• B.Tech/M.Tech degree with relevant internship experience
• Familiarity with the payment gateway domain is a plus
