Rimini Street Hiring DevOps Engineer | Hyderabad, Telangana

Rimini Street is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join its Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. This remote role focuses on building, automating, and operating the infrastructure powering Rimini Street's Agentic AI ERP Platform.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design and manage Kubernetes infrastructure, build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation, and develop enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. You will support cloud-native deployments across development, staging, and production environments while enabling secure, scalable, and highly available platform operations.

The role includes implementing deployment automation, container management, networking, load balancing, secrets management, monitoring, disaster recovery, and platform reliability. You will also build self-healing systems, automate operational tasks, support incident response, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer productivity.

• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management, Helm, and Operators.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, container registries, and container optimization.
• Experience with public cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Scripting experience using Bash, Python, or Go.
• Knowledge of networking, load balancing, service resilience, and disaster recovery.
• Experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and incident response automation.
• Familiarity with secrets management using HashiCorp Vault or similar tools.
• Understanding of blue-green, canary, and rolling deployment strategies.
• Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux is preferred.
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd is an advantage.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL administration and database operations is preferred.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, infrastructure security, and compliance best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in distributed, multi-timezone engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, or Vault are considered an advantage.
