The DevOps Engineer I plays a key role in the setup, maintenance, and smooth functioning of system environments and development pipelines. The role involves:

• Managing CI/CD pipelines
• Automating workflows using scripting and infrastructure tools
• Handling deployments, environment setup, access requests, and configuration updates
• Supporting monitoring and observability
• Participating in incident response and root-cause analysis

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals, system commands, and shell environments
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes basics (deployments, pods, logs, troubleshooting)
• Good scripting skills in Bash or Python
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts
• Strong communication, collaboration, and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
• B.Tech / Dual Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Strong foundational knowledge of Public Cloud platforms preferred
