We are hiring an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Technical Services team in Mumbai. This role combines cloud expertise, CI/CD pipeline ownership, automation, and collaboration across engineering, QA, and product teams. You will help drive the efficiency, stability, and scalability of our global DevOps ecosystem.
As part of a tight-knit team of 5–6 engineers, you will own core infrastructure components, deliver seamless deployment pipelines, and build internal tooling used across engineering teams worldwide.
Requirements
- Automate deployment and operational workflows across environments.
- Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and scripting.
- Support continuous integration, release management, build automation, and production systems.
- Develop and support tooling for developers and QA teams globally.
- Implement and maintain containerization, orchestration, and cloud infrastructure.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, ICT, and product teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Contribute to all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Leverage 6+ years of Azure DevOps experience to improve pipeline reliability and deployment speed.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

6+ years of relevant DevOps experience, preferably with Azure DevOps.

Strong ownership mindset and commitment to building maintainable, high-quality solutions.

Hands-on experience with:
- Kubernetes
- PowerShell or Bash scripting
- Jenkins
- Azure Pipelines or similar automation tools
- Git
- Terraform, Ansible, Helm (Extensive experience required)
Bonus Skills
- Background in DevOps, ICT, or technical support.
- Customer support or service-oriented experience (including internships).
- Understanding of Windows networks and Active Directory.
- Experience migrating applications to the cloud.
- Programming skills in any modern language.
