Redpin is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - DevOps in Hyderabad to design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms powering global digital products.

This role focuses on AWS Cloud, CI/CD Automation, Infrastructure as Code, Security, Reliability Engineering, Monitoring, Kubernetes, and Cost Optimization.

• Design and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure 
• Work across compute, networking, storage, IAM, databases 
• Support multi-account AWS environments 
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation 
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues 

CI/CD & DevOps Automation

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI / GitHub Actions 
• Automate build, test, security scans, and deployments 
• Implement blue-green, canary, and rolling deployments 
• Improve developer productivity and release speed 

Security & Governance

• Implement IAM, VPC security, encryption, secrets management 
• Enforce access controls and tagging policies 
• Integrate SAST, DAST, container scanning into pipelines 
• Support compliance and audits 

Reliability & Monitoring

• Manage monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerts 
• Improve uptime and performance through automation 
• Proactive issue detection and incident reduction 

Cloud Cost Optimization

• Optimize AWS spend using right-sizing and autoscaling 
• Implement storage lifecycle policies 
• Support Savings Plans and Reserved Instances 
• Promote FinOps best practices 

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work with engineering, SRE, and security teams 
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers 
• Maintain documentation and operational runbooks 

Required Skills

• Strong AWS experience: EC2, EKS, ECS, IAM, RDS, S3, CloudWatch 
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code expertise 
• GitLab CI / GitHub Actions experience 
• Docker and Kubernetes hands-on knowledge 
• Linux administration skills 
• Networking and cloud security understanding 
• Monitoring and alerting tools experience 
• Troubleshooting and automation expertise 

Preferred Skills

• AWS Config, GuardDuty, CloudTrail 
• Datadog, ELK, Corologix 
• GitOps tools: ArgoCD, Flux 
• Python, Go, or Bash scripting 
• FinOps exposure 
• AWS Solutions Architect Certification
