Requirements
- Deploy and maintain internal tools and infrastructure to streamline daily operations
- Improve product reliability, scalability, and availability across platforms
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using scripting and automation
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, and support for problem-solving
- Enhance monitoring, observability, and system performance
- Participate in on-call rotations to manage incidents and support uptime
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years experience in SRE or Systems Performance Engineering
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in automation using Python, Golang, or scripting languages
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Linux
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and implementing SLOs
