Site Reliability Engineer – Redis | Remote CloudOps/SRE Role

Requirements
- Troubleshoot at scale: Handle technical escalations and resolve complex production issues.
- System Reliability: Improve stability via automation tools, scripts, and runbooks.
- Incident Response: Collaborate with engineering teams to lead problem resolution and root cause analysis.
- 24/7 Coverage: Participate in global on-call rotation and incident support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
- 4+ years in SRE/CloudOps/Infrastructure.
- 2+ years of cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong hands-on with Linux/Unix systems.
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and cloud networking.
- Monitoring tools experience: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk.
- Proficient in Bash, Python (C# is a plus).
- Version control: Git, GitLab, SVN.
- Familiar with containerization and CI/CD tools (Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible).
- Experience debugging real-time production systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- FedRAMP certification.
- Experience with Redis or NoSQL databases.
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Pulumi.
- Azure/Linux certifications.
- Worked with large-scale distributed systems.
