Site Reliability Engineer (Remote – India)

HighLevel is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to help manage and scale a platform that processes over 15 billion API hits and supports 1.5 billion messages every month. • Build and improve monitoring, tracing, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
• Ensure availability and scalability of services across 250+ microservices
• Lead performance tuning, RCA, and post-mortem analysis for incidents
• Work with development and cloud ops teams to harden infrastructure reliability
• Monitor and manage large-scale databases: MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, queues
• Drive cloud cost optimization across AWS and GCP
• Enhance CI/CD processes using Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions

Skills We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Hands-on with GCP, AWS, Kubernetes (GKE), and Docker
• Strong with Terraform, Helm, or other IaC tools
• Proficient in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
• Experience with incident management, SLOs, SLAs, and escalation procedures
• Background in monitoring modern data pipelines and queuing systems
