ISS Technologies is offering a SOC Analyst – Level 1 (L1) Internship at its Hyderabad (Madhapur) office. This is a full-time, work-from-office internship designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build expertise in SOC operations, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cybersecurity incident response.

Requirements
- Monitor SIEM and XDR alerts in real-time to detect suspicious activities
- Perform initial triage and log analysis of security incidents
- Escalate threats and incidents following SOC runbooks and standard processes
- Support cybersecurity teams in incident detection, alert analysis, and escalation management
- Work with tools like Wazuh, Splunk, Microsoft Defender, Trend Micro, and other SIEM/XDR platforms
Candidate Requirements for SOC Analyst Internship
- Completed hands-on training in Blue Team fundamentals, SIEM/EDR tools from a reputed institute
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and Windows/Linux administration
- Familiarity with security event monitoring, log analysis, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in shift rotations
- Advantage for candidates with prior exposure to SOC, SIEM, or EDR platforms
Internship Terms and Career Path
- Work Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur) – 100% Work from Office
- Duration: 1-year internship with possibility of Full-Time Employee (FTE) conversion
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Freshers eligible)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Certifications: Candidates must complete at least 3 industry-recognized certifications (Microsoft or equivalent). Exam fees reimbursed upon successful completion
- FTE Conversion: After successful internship, interns may be absorbed into full-time SOC Analyst roles
