Requirements

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is inviting applications for its Software Engineering Internship Program, beginning in January 2026.

This internship is designed for final-year students pursuing degrees in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC).

The internship duration will be 4–6 months, with the possibility of conversion into a full-time position (MTS I – Software/Test Engineer) based on performance and business requirements.


Key Responsibilities – What You Will Do

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in building, testing, and optimizing real-world software solutions that enhance in-flight entertainment and connectivity systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and testing of software modules and applications.
  • Participating in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams in agile sprints and daily stand-ups.
  • Documenting technical specifications and software features.
  • Contributing to ongoing innovation in Panasonic’s avionics technology platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills and Additional Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills will be advantageous:

  • Exposure to modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies and testing tools.

Education Eligibility

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in:

    • Computer Science
    • Software Engineering
    • Information Technology
    • Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)
  • Must be in the final year (4th year) of study.
